Terms of Service
Last updated: 20 July 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of Benab Invoices (the “Service”), a cloud accounting and invoicing platform operated by Neodein (Guyana) Inc. (“we”, “us”). By creating an account, signing in, or using the Service you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the organization you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
The Service provides invoicing, expense tracking, banking, reporting, and related accounting tools for businesses. Features available to you depend on the permissions and subscription options configured for your organization. We may improve, add, or retire features over time.
3. Accounts and responsibilities
- You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Administrators in your organization control which users can access which features; you agree to respect those access controls.
- You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Your data
You retain all rights to the business data you enter into the Service or authorize the Service to retrieve on your behalf (including data retrieved from connected third-party services). We process that data only to operate and support the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the data you provide.
5. Third-party integrations
The Service can connect to third-party services at your direction — for example Microsoft (single sign-on) and QuickBooks Online (accounting data retrieval). When you connect a third-party service you authorize us to access it on your behalf within the scope you grant, and your use of that service remains subject to its own terms (for QuickBooks Online, the Intuit terms of service). Specifically for QuickBooks Online:
- Access is read-only: the Service retrieves data from your QuickBooks company and never creates, changes, or deletes anything in QuickBooks.
- You can disconnect at any time from within the Service or from your QuickBooks account settings; disconnecting immediately ends our access.
- Data already retrieved into the Service remains available to your organization until you delete it or ask us to.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other customers’ data, or the systems the Service runs on;
- interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
- resell, sublicense, or misrepresent the Service without our written consent.
7. Not professional advice
The Service is a software tool. Nothing in the Service — including reports, calculations, categorizations, or documentation — constitutes accounting, tax, or legal advice. You are responsible for reviewing your records and consulting a qualified professional where needed.
8. Availability, warranties, and liability
We work to keep the Service secure and available, but it is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for breach of these Terms, security risk, or unlawful use. You may stop using the Service at any time and may request deletion of your organization’s data as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Co-operative Republic of Guyana, and any dispute arising under them is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Guyana, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence.
